# Website attribution and licenses

The HTML and custom CSS presentation is adapted from the
[Nerfies project website](https://github.com/nerfies/nerfies.github.io),
revision `657409a62d59a93163872c0e4921cf651b987810`.
The template and this adapted presentation are licensed under
[Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/).

Hebbian Robotics replaced the template content and media for Beyond Dodge Rate,
retaining its header, teaser, section layouts, and original index.css unchanged.
Project-specific media and accessibility rules are in project.css. The original
analytics, navigation menu, carousel, and interactive scripts are omitted. Attribution to the Nerfies authors
is retained in the website footer.

This website license covers its presentation, not all files served alongside it.
The manuscript and its original figures are licensed under
[CC BY 4.0](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/); see
[the manuscript license](https://github.com/Hebbian-Robotics/beyond-dodge-rate/blob/main/paper/LICENSE.md).
Original research software remains Apache 2.0. Third-party robot assets and other
materials retain their respective terms; see the repository's NOTICE.

Bundled dependencies retain their own licenses:

- Font Awesome Free 6.7.2 icons by Fonticons, Inc.: CC BY 4.0; see
  [LICENSE.txt](static/icons/LICENSE.txt). Icons are bundled unchanged from
  [Font Awesome](https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/tree/6.7.2).
- Bulma 0.9.1: MIT; see [BULMA-LICENSE.txt](static/css/BULMA-LICENSE.txt).
- Noto Sans: SIL Open Font License 1.1; see [OFL.txt](static/fonts/OFL.txt).

Google Sans is loaded through Google Fonts, as in the original template.
Noto Sans and Castoro use the same Google Fonts stylesheet as the template.
A bundled Noto Sans file is retained under its original license. No analytics or JavaScript are used.

The Hebbian Robotics name and logo identify the authors’ affiliation and are
excluded from the website’s Creative Commons license.
